One successful innovation from the ECB has been the introduction of All Stars and. to a lesser extent, Dynamos. The early age All Stars has been effective in attracting non-traditional cricket families, and has attracted large numbers. The ECB recommended that these sessions should be run by volunteer activators, but the prospect of controlling 40+ six year olds on a Friday night has not always proved attractive!

Future Legends have a number of Activators, who are also qualified coaches and are avaialble to consistently run your sessions, and begin the process of converting All Stars into the club's age group structure.
